Classes start with a little quiet time to switch off from the business of our lives and thoughts in our head.
A number of Sun Salutations to warm the main muscles of the body and find breath focus
A selection of Standing Postures challenging balance and developing a connection to the earth.
The central part is the Primary series of postures including seated stretches, twists and balances. These are linked together with 'Vinyasa' - specific breath with movement to keep heat in the body.
We finish with the Closing sequence which includes backbends, inversions and for some people the most difficult to accomplish pose - 'take rest' - relaxation!
